On 8 May 1655 in Watertown, Massachusetts, Isaac Mixer was mentioned in the will of Isaac Mixer, is father. On 19 September 1655 Isaac, married first, Mary Coolidge. After Mary's death, [This marriage] After Rebecca's death, on 29 June 1687 Isaac, married third, Mary Lothrop, at age 46, daughter of Thomas and Mary Lothrop. He died November 1716. Isaac's gravestone inscription in Waltham Graveyard, Waltham, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, reads:
