Marguerite Dugas was born circa 1703 at Acadia, New France.1 She was the daughter of Claude Dugas and Jeanne Bourg.1
Marguerite Dugas married Joseph Babineau, son of Nicholas Babineau and Marie-Marguerite Granger, on 17 November 1723 at Annapolis Royal, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.1 Marguerite Dugas died before 13 April 1765 at Mirebalais, Saint-Domingue (now Haiti).1
