     Ebenezer Allen was born on 26 December 1674 at Watertown, Massachusetts. He may have been born in 1677.1,2 He was the son of Lewis Allen and Mary Sherman.2

Ebenezer Allen, age 25, married Elizabeth Eddy, age 21 , daughter of Samuel Eddy and Sarah Meade, on 2 April 1700 at Watertown, Massachusetts.

Ebenezer was a cordwainer and a farmer.1

Ebenezer married second on 14 August 1712 at Watertown, Massachusetts, Sarah Waite, daughter of Thomas and Mary Waite.1 He died on 9 July 1770 at Lancaster, Massachusetts, at age 95.3,4 He was buried at Old Burial Field, Lancaster, Massachusetts.4
