     Hugh Johnson married Elizabeth ______. At the Town Meeting of Pelham in March 1767, Hugh was chosen as Town Moderator.1 Hugh Johnson was listed as a proprietor on 16 March 1767 at Pelham, Massachusetts, and he was granted a tract of land.1 He was a revolutionary hero from Pelham.2 He died on 8 June 1806 at Pelham, Massachusetts.3,4

The ancestory of either Hugh or Elizabeth is not known at this time. Elizabeth's last name may have been Moore, but no connection has been found.
