Be it remembered that on the nineteenth day of June A.D. 1843 Letters of Administration in Common form were granted to Edward O'Neil & John Yingling upon the Estate of Samuel Green late of Green Township Decd. The said Edward O'Neil & John Yingling having first given Bond to the Commonwealth in the sum of Six hundred dollars conditioned according to Law with Simon Dick & James R. Bell as Securities (Mrs. Green having renounced her right to Administer). Same day Administrators sworn according to law.

Conditions.
The Conditions of sale of certain goods sold at Public vendue by the subscribers, Administrators of the estate of Samuel Green, deceased, the 7th day of July 1843, viz:
1st. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser.
2nd. Any person buying an article or articles at the present vendue to the amount of two Dollars and upwards shall be entitled to nine Months Credit by giving a note with an approved indorser for the amount before the goods be removed.
3rd. All purchases taken collectively which does not amount to two dollars, must be paid Cash, before the removal of the goods.
4th. Any person or persons who may purchase goods at the present sale must either keep the goods, subject to the above restrictions or return them before the sale is adjoined, and pay the deficientcy of the second sale if any.
