Any person buying an article or articles at the present vendue to the amount of two Dollars and upwards shall be entitled to nine Months Credit by giving a note with an approved indorser for the amount before the goods be removed. 3rd. All purchases taken collectively which does not amount to two dollars, must be paid Cash, before the removal of the goods. 4th. Any person or persons who may purchase goods at the present sale must either keep the goods, subject to the above restrictions or return them before the sale is adjoined, and pay the deficientcy of the second sale if any.
