The seaventh of December 1659 Memorandum that John Irish of the towne of Duxburrow in the Jurisdiction of New Plymouth in New England in America Roper Doth acknowlidge with the Consent of Elizabeth his wife ; that for and in Consideration of a valluable sume to him alreddy payed by Guydo Bayley of the towne of Bridgwater in the Jurisdiction aforsaid planter hee hath freely and absolutely bargained allianated and sould enfeofed and Confeirmed and by these prsents Doth bargaine sell enfeofe and Confeirme unto the said Guydo Bayley all that his share lott and portion in the lands and towneship of Bridgwater aforsaid with all and singulare the appurtenances and privilidges belonging therunto ; To have and to hold all the said John Irish his Right title and Interest of and Into the lands appertaining to the Township of Bridgwater viz: all his share and Interest into the lands there; with all and singulare the meddow lands woods Waters and all other appurtenances belonging therunto ; unto the said Guydo Bayley hee his heires and assignes for ever ; The said prmises ith all and singulare the appurtenances belonging therunto to appertaine unto the onely proper use and behoofe of him the said Gaydo Bayley hee his heires and assignes for ever.
