  Nathaniel Howard, the son of Robert and Mary Howard. He was christened on 6 February 1641 in Dorchester, Massachusetts. He joined the Baptist church in 1664. In 1669, he was connected with the Baptists. According to the Selectman's records, on 12 February 1671, he was a tenant on the Winthrop farm in Charlestown. After Sarah's death, on 5 March 1678 Nathaniel, at age 37, married (2) Sarah Parker,, daughter of Jacob Parker, in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Their marriage date was recorded as 1 (5) 1678. He moved about 1679 to Chelmsford, Massachusetts. He left a will on 7 November 1709 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Nathaniel's will was proved on 1 February 1710 in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
