  George S. Frederick, 69, Dies At Watsontown R. D. George S. Frederick, 69, prominently known Watsontown resident, died Wednesday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Palph Middleton, Watsontown, R. after an illness of three months. Although Mc. Frederick had been in failing health, his condition did not become serious until a week ago. Mr. Frederick, a farmer all his life, in the Watsontown area, had lived with his daughter approximately two years. He was a lifelong member John's Evangelical and Reformed Church, Turpotville, having served with the church consistory for 30 years, and as Sunday School Superintendent for 28 years. He was also secretary of the Watsontown I. O. 0.F. Lodge for 15 years Surviving Mr. Frederick are his wife, Rhoda Frederick, and the following children; James W., Watsontown R. D. 1; Mrs. Middleston, with whom he made his home, Watsontown, R. D. 2; Pfc. Bruce O., Camp Coswell, N. M.; Mrs. Elmer Buck, Montgomery; Cpl. George A., stationed in England; four grandchildren, and the following brothers and sisters: Phil- lip A. Frederick, Castanea, Pa.; and Mrs. Clyde Miller, Millersburg. Funeral services will be held at the Paul S. Grither funeral home, Turbotville, Friday at 3:15 p. m., with Rev. Carl Smith, pastor of the Evangelical and Reformed Church, officiating Burial will be in McEwensville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday evening between 7 and 9 o'ciock..
