Joseph F. Pschirer was born on 20 March 1897 at Millville, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Frank Frederick Pschirer and Mary Anna Boehm. Joseph F. Pschirer also went by the name of Joe. Joseph F. He was buried at Saint Anthony Cemetery, Etna, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
