Jacques Hébert was born circa 1684 at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.1,2 He was the son of Emmanuel Hébert and Andrée Brun.
Jacques Hébert married Margurite Landry, daughter of Pierre Landry and Madeleine Robichaud dite Cadet, at Port-Royal, Acadia, New France.
Jacques Hébert died on 31 December 1747 at Grand-Pré, Colony of Nova Scotia.2 He was buried on 1 January 1748 at Grand-Pré, Colony of Nova Scotia.2
