Sieghard III , Count in the Chiemgau was born in 905 at Bavaria, Germany.1 He was the son of Sieghard II , Count in the Lower Sulzburggau and daughter of Engelbert I. Sieghard was known to be living between 940 and 959.2 He died in 959 at Sulzburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.1
