     Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks was born in 584.1 He was the son of Chilperic I ~ King of the Franks and Frédégunde. Chlothar was crowned the King of Neustria. His mother served as his regent, as he was a new born. in 584.1 Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks was also known as Chlothachar.2

Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks married Haldetrude.1

Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks married Bertrada.3 Chlothar was crowned the King of the Franks in 613.1 He signed the "Perpetual Constitution" circa 614, which was an early Magna Carta.1
