Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks was born in 584.1 He was the son of Chilperic I and Frédégunde. Chlothar was crowned the King of Neustria. His mother served as his regent, as he was a new born. in 584.1 Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks was also known as Chlothachar.2
