     Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks was born in 584.1 He was the son of Chilperic I and Frédégunde. Chlothar was crowned the King of Neustria. His mother served as his regent, as he was a new born. in 584.1 Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks was also known as Chlothachar.2

Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks married Bertrada. Chlothar was crowned the King of the Franks in 613.1 He signed the "Perpetual Constitution" circa 614, which was an early Magna Carta.1

Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks married Sichildis circa 619.3 The Frankish Kingsoms of Neustria, Austrasia and Burgundy were united briefly under Clothaire II from 623 and 629.2 Chlothar II the Young ~ King of the Neustrian Franks died on 18 October 629.1,2 He was buried on 28 October 692 at Église Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois, Paris, France.2
