     Fergus Mor Mac Ercc , King of Dalriada, Argyle, and Scotland was the son of Ercc , King of Dalriada in Northern Ireland and Misi. He was the founder of the Kingdom of Dalriada in Scotland.1 Fergus invaded Kyntire in 496 and established the Irish Kingdom of Dalriada in Argyle.1,2 Fergus was crowned the King of Dalriada in 498.1 He died in 501.1
