     Seleucus I Nicator ~ Basileus of the Seleucid Empire was the son of Antiochus and Laodice. He was a general in Alexander the Great's army.1 He was appointed Setrap of Babylon by Alexander the Great.1

Seleucus I Nicator ~ Basileus of the Seleucid Empire married Apama of Baktria, daughter of Spitamenes ~ Setrap of Baktria and daughter of Artabazus II, in 324 BCE.1 Seleucus was crowned the Basileus of the Seleucid Empire in 306 BCE.1
