Martinus Snyder was born on 20 March 1748 at Kingston, Ulster County, New York.2,3,4 He was the son of Martinus Henry Snyder and Annah Demuth Becker.1 He served as a private in Snyder's NY Regiment during the Revolutionary War.3,5
