     Moses Berry was born in 1829 at Maine.1 He was the son of Eliphalet Berry and Mary P. Kimball. Moses Berryappeared on the US Census of 1850 in the household of Eliphalet Berry and Mary P. Kimball at Palmyra, Maine.2 According to the Federal Census in 1850, Moses was "deaf and dumb."2 Heappeared on the US Census of 1860 in the household of Eliphalet Berry and Mary P. Kimball at Palmyra, Maine.3 According to the Federal Census in 1860, Moses was a shoemaker.3

Moses Berry married Mary Applebee, daughter of Albert Applebee and Elmyra ______, on 23 November 1864 at Palmyra, Maine.

Moses Berry, age 41 years, appeared as head of household on the census of 1870 at Palmyra, Maine.5 According to the Federal Census in 1870, Moses was a farmer and was listed as "deaf and dumb."5 He died on 26 March 1872 at Palmyra, Maine.6,7 He was buried at Spring Hill Cemetery, Palmyra, Maine.7
