     Barnard Flanders was born on 29 April 1741 at Salisbury, Massachusetts.1,2,3,4 He was the son of Jedidiah Flanders and Eleanor Barnard. Barnard was a farmer at South Hampton, New Hampshire.1,2

Barnard Flanders married Anne Currier, daughter of Philip Currier and Ruth Merrill, in 1764.

Barnard and Anne Currier filed marriage intentions on 17 November 1764 at Salisbury, Massachusetts.3 Barnard Flanders signed the Association Test in 1776 in South Hampton, New Hampshire.2 Barnard wrote his will on 30 March 1813 at South Hampton, New Hampshire. He mentions his wife, Anne, and his children, Timothy, Sarah, Hannah, Reuben, Samuel, and Anna.3 He died on 24 June 1822 at South Hampton, New Hampshire, at age 81.2,3 He was buried at Old South Hampton Cemetery, South Hampton, New Hampshire.3
