     Lt. Jesse Whitney was born on 24 November 1730 at Mendon, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Jonathan Whitney and Lydia Jones.2

Jesse married third in July 1794 at Milford, Massachusetts, Abigail Rawson. They filed their marraige intentions on 5 July 1794 in Milford.2,3 Jesse wrote his will on 17 April 1810 at Milford, Massachusetts.2 He died on 26 April 1815 at Milford, Massachusetts, at age 84.1,3 His estate was probated on 23 May 1815 at Worcester County, Massachusetts.2
