     Samuel Davis Wheaton was born on 21 March 1815 at Townsend, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of Reuban Wheaton and Abigail Partridge.

Samuel Davis Wheaton, age 24, married Almira Tamajen Fuller, age 19 , daughter of Benjamin Fuller, on 1 February 1840 at Winchester, New Hampshire.

Samuel Davis Wheaton, age 34 years, appeared as head of household on the census of 1850 at Warwick, Massachusetts.2 Abigail Partridge was the administrator of Samuel Davis Wheaton's estate on 17 December 1850 at Worcester County, Massachusetts.3 He died on 3 January 1869 at Warwick, Massachusetts, at age 53.1,4,5 He was buried at Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, Massachusetts. Samuel's epitaph reads:
