     David Tuttle was christened on 7 April 1639 at Charlestown, Massachusetts.1 He was the son of William Tuttle and Elizabeth ______.1 In 1685 in Wallingford, Connecticut, a complaint was lodged that he was not carring arms.1 During the latter years of is life, David was an invalid, and was cared for by his brother, Thomas. An agreement was drown up that in consideration for the care, Thomas was to inherit his entire estate.1 David Tuttle died in 1693 at Wallingford, Connecticut, unmarried.1
