     Sarah Bixby was born on 2 February 1726 at Salem Village, Massachusetts.1,2 She was the daughter of Deacon George Bixby and Mary Bailey. Sarah Bixby was christened on 19 March 1726 at Salem Village, Massachusetts.2

Sarah Bixby, age 23, married Daniel Lake, age 23 , son of Eleazer Lake and Lydia Forde, on 30 November 1749 at Topsfield, Massachusetts.3,4,5,6,2 Sarah and Danielmoved in 1767 to the northern part of Rindge, New Hampshire from Topsfield, Massachusetts. Shortly after, the family moved to the center of town.5 Sarah and Danielmoved to Rockingham, Vermont. to live with their children.5 Sarah Bixby died on 19 February 1815 at Rockingham, Vermont, at age 89.5,7,1,8,9,2 She was buried at Saxtons River Cemetery, Rockingham, Vermont.1
