     Sarah Goodhue was christened on 15 March 1713 at Ipswich, Massachusetts.1,2 She was the daughter of John Goodhue and Sarah Sherwin.1

Sarah married first in 1741, David Cummings, the son of John and Sarah (Hawlett) Cummings. He was born 15 April 1698 in Topsfield, Massachusetts and died 2 April 1765. He married first Anna _____ who died 9 Februaray 1741. They filed their marriage intentions in Ipsiwch, Massachusetts on 30 October 1741.
