     Esther Shedd was born on 24 March 1703 at Groton, Massachusetts.3,2,4 She was the daughter of Samuel Shedd and Elizabeth Bowers.2

Esther Shedd, age 16, married Deacon Ephraim Pierce, age 19 , son of Ephraim Pierce and Mary Whitney, on 9 December 1719 at Groton, Massachusetts.1,5,4 Esther Shedd died on 28 June 1768 at Lunenburg, Massachusetts, at age 65.6,3 She was buried at South Cemetery, Lunenburg, Massachusetts, in plot old 299.3
