He was the son of Lucas Teunis Covert and Barbara Strong.1
Isaac Covert, age 26, married Elizabeth Horton, daughter of John Horton and Elizabeth Rachael Hoyt, on 1 April 1710 at New York Colony.1,3 April 5, 1 7 10, John Horton, of Rye, gave to his ''brother-in-law,
Isaac Covert," of Rye, 38 acres in Will's purchase.4 Isaac Covert died at Westchester County, New York.1
