Jean-Baptiste Tondreau was born on 29 May 1706.1 He was christened on 30 May 1706 at Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Secours Paroisse, L'Islet, Québec, New France.1 He was the son of Pierre Tondreau and Marie-Anne Fréchette.1
Jean-Baptiste Tondreau, age 23, married Marie-Marthe Cloutier, daughter of Jean-Baptiste Cloutier and Marie-Anne Gerbert, on 24 July 1729 at St-Ignace-de-Loyola Paroisse, Cap-Saint-Ignace, Québec, New France.1 Jean-Baptiste Tondreau died on 6 March 1788 at age 81.1 He was buried on 8 March 1788 at Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Secours Paroisse, L'Islet, Québec, British North America.1
