Françoise Chiasson was born circa 1705 at Acadia, New France.1 She was the daughter of Gabriel Chiasson dit Pierre and Marie Savoie.1

Françoise Chiasson married Guillaume Patry, son of Louis Patry and Mathurine Mahé, on 4 October 1741 at St-Pierre-du-Nord, Île Saint-Jean (now Prince Edward's Island), New France.1 Françoise was found on a passenger list arriving in Saint-Malo, Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, France, in 1759.1 She died before 24 October 1769.1
