Charles Doucet married Jeanne Boudrot, daughter of François Boudrot dit Manne and Jeanne Landry, in 1747 at Île Saint-Jean (now Prince Edward's Island), New France.
Charles Doucet died on 14 September 1782 at Nipisiguit (now Bathurst), Colony of Nova Scotia (now New Brunswick), at age 59.1
