Simon LeBlanc was born in 1741 at Grand-Pré, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.1 He was the son of Désiré LeBlanc and Marie-Madeleine Landry.1
Simon married first in 1759, Marie-Josèphe Landry, the daughter of Pierre Landry and Marie-Anne Doucet. She was born about 1742 in the Colony of Nova Scotia and died before 9 November 1767. There are no known children.1
Simon LeBlanc married Anne Arseneau, age 25 , daughter of Jean Arsenault and Marie-Jeanne Hébert, on 9 November 1767 at Lafourche-des-Chitimachas, Ascension Parish, Louisiana, New Spain.
Simon LeBlanc died on 30 September 1780 at Saint James, St. James Parish, Louisiana, New Spain.1
