Barthelomy married first in 1739 at Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America, Agnès Caissie, the daughter of Pierre Caissie and Marie-Thérèse Mirande. She was born 1 January 1719 in Beaubassin, Colony of Nova Scotia and died 1 September 1741 in Beaubassin, Colony of Nova Scotia.
Barthelomy Cosset, age 25, married Marguerite Poirier, daughter of Michel Poirier and Marie-Madeleine Bourgeois, on 6 August 1742 at Beaubassin, Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America.
Barthelomy married third on 27 November 1753 at St-Pierre-du-Nord, St. John's Island (now Prince Edward Island), Colony of Nova Scotia, British North America, Françoise Galais, the son of Guillaume Gallais and Franèoise Chiasson. She was born about 18 December 1734 in St-Pierre-d-Nord, St. John's Island (now Prince Edward Island), Colony of Nova Scotia.
He died after 1763 at Brittany, France.1
