Simon Emery was born on 6 January 1702.2 He was the son of Deacon Daniel Emery and Margaret Gowen.1
Simon Emery, age 23, married Martha Lord, daughter of Nathan Lord and Margaret Hearl, on 21 October 1725 at Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).2 Simon wrote his will on 8 November 1760.2 He died on 5 May 1773 at Kittery, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine), at age 71.2
