Dorcus Lord was born on 15 September 1746 at Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).2 She was the daughter of Elder Ebenezer Lord and Martha Emery.1 Dorcus Lord was christened on 21 September 1746 in the First Church of Berwick, Berwick, Province of Massachusetts Bay (Maine).2 As of say 1765,her married name was Hodsdon.2
Dorcus Lord married Moses Hodsdon, son of Moses Hodsdon and Sarah Thompson, say 1765.
Dorcus was mentioned in the will of her father, Elder Ebenezer Lord on 14 May 1795 at Berwick, Massachusetts (Maine).2 Dorcus Lord was mentioned in the will of Moses Hodsdon on 19 September 1810 at Berwick, Massachusetts (Maine).2 Dorcus Lord died on 19 January 1838 at Somersworth, New Hampshire, at age 91.2
