Sarah Lowe was born on 1 February 1701/2 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire.1 She was the daughter of John Lowe and Joanna Partridge.2
Sarah Lowe, age 19, married Samuel B. Tibbetts, age 27 , son of Captain Thomas Tibbetts and Judith Dam, on 2 March 1720/21 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, the Rev. Nathaniel Rogers officiating.2,3,4,5 Sarah Lowe died in 1761 at Georgetown, Maine.1
