     Ruth Wheeler was born on 5 February 1726 at Concord, Massachusetts.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Wheeler and Mary Munroe.

Ruth married first on 31 March 1743 at Concord, Massachusetts, Ephraim Flint, the son of Col John a nd Abigail (Butterick) Flint. He was born 4 March 1714 in Concord, Massachusetts, and died 6 December 1762 in Lincoln, Massachsuetts. He is buried in the Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln, Massahusetts.
