     Joseph Clark was born on 25 March 1720 at Medfield, Massachusetts.2 He was the son of Joseph Clark and Experience Wheeler.2

Joseph Clark, age 18, married Elizabeth Puffer, age 24 , daughter of Eleazer Puffer and Elizabeth Talbot, on 9 February 1738/39 at Medfield, Massachusetts.1,2,3 Joseph was a blacksmith.3 Joseph and Elizabethmoved to Mendon, Massachusetts, in 1742 after selling their Medfield property to Thomas Clark.4,3 Joseph Clark died on 27 November 1756 at Mendon, Massachusetts, at age 36.2
