     Levi Eddy was born on 25 April 1745 at Oxford, Massachusetts.1,2 He was the son of Samuel Eddy and Elizabeth Bellows.1 Upon his father's death in 1762, Levi Eddy, then 16 years of age, chose his uncle, Ebenezer as a guardian.1 Levi Eddy and Sarah Smith filed marriage intentions on 28 June 1766 at Oxford, Massachusetts.1

Levi Eddy, age 21, married Sarah Smith on 24 September 1766 at Charlton, Massachusetts.

Levi wrote his will on 24 June 1805 at Auburn, Massachusetts.1 He died on 6 May 1821 at Auburn, Massachusetts, at age 76.1 His will was proved on 5 June 1821 at Worcester County, Massachusetts.1
