     Pierre Roy was born on 3 July 1751 at Charlesbourg, Québec, New France.2 He was christened on 3 July 1751 in the Église Saint-Charles-Borromée, Charlesbourg, Québec, New France.1,2 He was the son of Louis-Joseph Roy and Marie-Jeanne Pepin.1
