     Catherine Gallagher was born circa 1854 at Pennsylvania.1 She was the daughter of Michael Gallagher and Mary Degnan. Catherine, age 6, appeared on the US Census of 1860 in the household of her grand-parents, Michael and Ann Gallagher; Their son, Michael, and his family lived with them.1
