     Isabella of Angoulême was born in 1188.1,2 She was the daughter of Aymerde Valence , Count of Angoulême and Alice de Courtenay. She was the heiress of Angoulême.2

Isabella of Angoulême married Hugh X de Lusignan, son of Hugh IX de Lusignan and Matilda, in 1217.1,2 Isabella of Angoulême died on 31 May 1246.1,3 She was buried at Fontevrault Abbey, Fontevrault, Anjou, France.1
