Henry III the Blond , Count of Luxemburg and Arlon was born in 1217.1 He was the son of Waleran IV , Duke of Monschau and Ermesinde of Namur , Countess of Luxemburg. Henry III the Blond's full titles were Count of Luxemburg and Arlon; and the Marquis d'Arlon in 1227.1
Henry III the Blond , Count of Luxemburg and Arlon married Mathilde de Bar-le-Duc, daughter of Henry II , Count of Luxemburg and Philippa de Dreux , Dame de Coucy, on 4 June 1240.1 Henry III the Blond , Count of Luxemburg and Arlon died on 24 November 1281.1,2
