Henry II , Count of Luxemburg was born in 1190 at France.1 He was the son of Theobald I ~ Comte de Briey, Bar-le-Duc, et Luxemburg and Ermensinde of Bar-sur-Saône. Henry II's full titles were Count of Luxemburg, the Count of Bar-le-Duc, and Count of Namur.1
Henry II , Count of Luxemburg married Philippa de Dreux , Dame de Coucy, daughter of Robert II , Count of Dreux and Braine and Yolande de Coucy, in 1219.1,2 He was a crusader.1 Henry II , Count of Luxemburg died on 13 November 1239 at Gaza, Holy Land.1,2
