     Philippa de Dreux , Dame de Coucy was born in 1192.1 She was the daughter of Robert II , Count of Dreux and Braine and Yolande de Coucy.

Philippa de Dreux , Dame de Coucy married Henry II , Count of Luxemburg, son of Theobald I , Count of Briey, Bar-le-Duc, and Luxemburg and Ermensinde of Bar-sur-Saône, in 1219.1,2

Philippa de Dreux , Dame de Coucy was recorded as a widow in 1240. She died on 17 March 1242.1
