Elizabeth de Monthlhéry was born circa 1040 at Montlhéry, Île-de-France, France.1,2 She was the daughter of Guy I de Monthlhéry ~ Seigneur de Montlhéry et Chevreuse and Saint Hodierne de Gometz ~ Dame de la Ferte. Elizabeth's name was also spelt Isabel.3
