     Mathilda of Ponthieu was born circa 1138.1 She was the daughter of Renaud II ~ Comte de Claremont and Clemence of Bar-le-Duc. Mathilda of Ponthieu was also known as Maud.2,3 She was the heiress of the County of Clermont.2,3

Mathilda of Ponthieu married Alberic II de Dammartin , Count of Dammartin and Île-de-France, son of Alberic I ~ Count of Dammartin and Joan Basset.1,2,3 Mathilda of Ponthieu died after October 1200.1
