     Bridget McCluskey was born in August 1843 at Ireland.1,2 She and Thomas Daley immigrated in 1861 to the United States.1

Bridget McCluskey married Thomas Daley, son of John Daley and Catherine Brierly, in 1867.1 Bridget, age 26 years, and Thomas, age 30 years, appeared on the US Census of 1870 at Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.3 Bridget, age 36 years, and Thomas, age 40 years, appeared on the US Census of 1880 at Exeter Old Road, West Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.4 Bridget, age 56 years, and Thomas, age 60 years, appeared on the US Census of 1900 at 923 Tunkhannock Avenue, West Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.1 Bridget, age 66 years, appeared on the US Census of 1910 at 923 Union Street, West Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.5 In the 1911 Pittston City Directory, Bridget, a widow, is listed as living on 923 Tuckhannock Avenue, Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.6 She died on 1 January 1922 at home on 923 Tunkhannock Avenue, West Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, at age 78.2 Bridget's obituary of 2 January 1922, reads:

ESTIMABLE WOMEN IS CLAIMED BY DEATH
Mrs. Bridget Daley Dies in West Pittston Home

PITTSTON, Jan. 1. In the death of Mrs. Bridged Daley, which occurred last evening at her home, 023 Tunk - hannock avenue. West Pittston' that borough lost one of Its most respected women. Mrs. Daley was born In Ireland and came to this country when a young girl, taking up her residence in West Pittston with her parents. She was a devout member of St. Cecelia's church.
The following sons and daughter survive: Mrs, William Clark, of Wyoming; Mrs. Howard Schulde, of Sun - bury; John Daley, of Denver, Col; Anna and Mary Daley at home. She is also survived by. sixteen grand-children and four great grand - children, funeral announcement later.2
