     Charles II the Lame , King of Naples, Sicily and Jerusalem was born in 1254.1 He was the son of Charles I , King of Naples, Sicily and Jerusalem and Beatrix of Savoy , Countess of Provence and Forcalquier. He was also the Prince of Salerno.1 Charles was crowned the King of Sicily on 6 January 1266.1

Charles II the Lame , King of Naples, Sicily and Jerusalem married Maria , Princess of Hungary, daughter of Stephen V , King of Hungary and Croatia and Elizabeth of Bosnia, in 1270.1,2,3 Charles II the Lame , King of Naples, Sicily and Jerusalem died on 6 June 1309 at Caranova, Campania, Italy.1,2,3
