Godfrey II , Duke of Brabant and of Lower Lorraine was born circa 1108.1 He was the son of Godfrey I the Beareded of Brabant , Duke of Brabant and Lower Lorraine and Ida of Namur and Chiny. Godfrey II's full titles were Duke of Brabant and of Lower Lorraine; and the Count of Louvain.2
Godfrey II , Duke of Brabant and of Lower Lorraine married Luitgarde von Saltzbach, daughter of Berenger II , Count of Sultzbach and Adelaide von Wolfratshausen, in 1139.1,2 Godfrey II , Duke of Brabant and of Lower Lorraine died in 1142.1,2
