Hugh I ~ Comte de Meulan was the son of Galéran II ~ Comte de Meulan.
Hugh I ~ Comte de Meulan married _____ de Vexin, daughter of Gautier II the White , Comte deVexin, Valois, et Amiens and Adele de Senlis.1 Hugh became, in 990, the Vicomte de Meulan.1 Hugh became, in 998, the Comte de Meulan.1 He died after 25 August 1005.1
