     Casimir I the Restorer ~ King of Poland was born on 28 July 1016.1,2,3 He was the son of Mieszko II ~ King of Poland and Richenza of Pfalz-Lorraine ~ Queen of Poland.

Casimir I the Restorer ~ King of Poland married Dobroniega Marie of Kiev, daughter of Saint Vladimir I the Great ~ Grand Prince of Kiev, and Duke of Novgorod and daughter of Kuno, in 1038.1,2,4 Casimir was crowned the King of Poland in 1040.1 He died on 28 November 1058 at age 42.1,2,3,4
