     Eustace IV ~ Count of Boulogne was born circa 1129.1,2 He was the son of Stephen of Blois ~ King of England and Matilda ~ Queen of England and Countess of Boulogne.

Eustace IV ~ Count of Boulogne married Constance, daughter of Louis VI the Fat King of France, in February 1140. Eustace IV ~ Count of Boulogne died on 10 August 1153.1,2

Compeller's Notes:
Stuart (2002) states he was unmarried, and that Eustace de Champagne's mother was an unknown mistress of Eustace IV.1
