     Harold II Godwinsson ~ King of England was born circa 1022 at England.1,2 He was the son of Godwine ~ Ealdorman of Wessex and Theign of Sussex and Gytha Thorkelsdóttir. He was also the Earldorman of East Anglia and Wessex.2 Harold II Godwinsson ~ King of England and Edith Swanneshals were in a relationship that produced offspring. Harold's only decendants are through Edith.2

Harold II Godwinsson ~ King of England married Ealdgyth of Mercia, daughter of Alfgar ~ Earldorman of East Anglia and Elfleda, in 1064 or March 1066.2,3 Harold was crowned the King of England on 5 January 1066.2 Harold was killed in battle on 14 October 1066 at Hastings.1,2
